Looking For-- A good statblock generator for the PC

I am looking for a good stat block generator for D&D3.5 --

Idealy it need to be customizable (so I can add new material for my campaign) and easy to use

It should be able to do classs and monsters as well and spit out a nice HTML block

Any suggestions?

Personally I recommend 'DM Genie', its a commercial software but its not expensive and it has tons of features.

- Advanced character creation capabilities
- Has support for all the SRD 3.5 and community support for lots of other material
- Easily extendable by someone with only a little programming knowledge
- Creates really good stat-blocks and character sheets
- Allows creating monsters, leveling them up,applying templates...

In addition its a complete campaign managing software which I'm not sure you need. There is a Player Genie version with only the character creating capabilities

I agree with lior_shapira. The more I play with Dm Genie, the more I like it. It is not as pretty as some of the others, but it is really nice and customizable.

I'd prefer free myself, but so far the 2 I've found, Konfabulator and the RPG Objects site version don't work, since Konfabulator wants Windows XP and I'm using 98 and the RPGObjects system doesn't seem to work (though it only makes ordinary NPC, but that is exactly what I wanted to make).

PCGen has has a Modern game mode. The core and Menace portions of the MSRD are included, a good piece of Future is there, and several RPG Objects books have just been added to the repository.

I'm a bit biased, but PCGen meets these requirements.
