Heroes' Feast it you're including advantage.

Item-wise, anything that boosts your ability scores, i.e. Headband of Intellect.

Yea, Resilient too.
There's a few classes that get proficiency in additional saving throws as well.

Cantrip: Resistance

Guidance's less appreciated, and often forgotten, sibling! I let the cleric in my group switch out a Cantrip for this - it was getting comical how often he'd miss a saving throw by 1 or 2 (especially on traps and other exploration challenge saving throws)

What stats can be boosted by items?

All of them by something, some by more then others.

Not sure if this is exhaustive :

Int: headband intellect, ioun stone

Wis: ioun stone

Cha: Ioun stone

Str: gauntlets of ogre power, belt of giant strength, manual of gainful excersise, ioun stone

Con: amulet of health, manual of bodily health, ioun stone

Dex: Manual of quickness of action, ioun stone,

Subclass feature of the Brute (a type of fighter), quite potent too. Unearthed Arcana.
"Brutish Durability Beginning at 7th level, your toughness allows you to shrug off assaults that would devastate others. Whenever you make a saving throw, roll 1d6 and add the die to your saving throw total. If applying this bonus to a death saving throw increases the total to 20 or higher, you gain the benefits of rolling a 20 on the d20. "
