D&D 5E List of Poisons and Potions?

Hi All,
I'm doing a Homebrewed campaign and I'm having a heck of a time finding a edit-able (or numbered) list of all the potions and poisons in 5e [edit: Standard phb/dmg/etc lists are fine]. The loot I give out is random and I roll on charts to give it out. My 4e charts are not very useful now and I would LOVE to find a premade list of potion and poison names, book/page and rarity. Lists that I can edit to add numbering to is a must!
Can anyone help a girl out?
Thanks!

Hmmm...that's going to be a challenge if you're after everything in existence for 5e including those introduced in specific adventures. I don't know of any such all-inclusive lists for any edition, come to think of it, particularly for poisons.

As it's a homebrew campaign anyway you could always make your own lists, drawing from the DMG and whatever other sources you can find and assigning your own rarities as you like. It's more work, to be sure, but the bright side is you only have to do it once. :)

I guess I meant the standard potions/poisons because you are right.

Normally I would agree but our first session is on Friday and I don't have time to do everyhting I wanted to so I was hoping to find a short-ut. And I did! So hurrah for all!

Thank you for your suggestions, though. I will keep them in mind for further down the road.

It goes to figure I can spend all day looking for something and then as soon as I post about it, I find it.

Has that particular WotC forum thread been moved over to EnWorld yet? If not, get what you need quickly as WotC's forums are supposed to be disappearing in the near future, from what the news is saying.

Yikes. Will do. That's unfortunate. I feel like WotC has been very restrictive with their online content for this edition.
Not that i'm superduper experienced with the other editions, simply that they seem to be much more aggressive with IP stuff now. Which seems to go against a community thriving on homebrews, help guides, and specialty items.

But thanks for letting me know, I saved both available documents there!
