List of mental disorders?

A few weeks ago I stumbled upon a chart that had a list of mental disorders that you can choose from to add flavor to a PC/NPC. I think it may have been a chart that you could roll on. Now I can't remember where I saw that chart!

Would anyone by any chance know where I may have seen this list? It would have been in either a 3e book, a Dragon or Dungeon magazine, or possibly even a poster here had it on his website and I found it by following a link in his sig.

Heroes of Horror probably has something like this. Any Ravenloft book also. Probably Unearthed Arcana too. I have to say picking a mental disorder at random for an NPC sounds weird, do you have any idea how to roleplay most if any of them?

Granted, that might not be (from your text) exactly what you were thinking of, but maybe it's of use anyhow.

I saw the stuff if Unearthed Arcana & Heroes of Horror. That wasn't it, but I did make a note of those options because I may use them if I can't find that darn chart.

I think I can handle most of them. The only one I know I'll have trouble roleplaying would be Vaginismus.

Well, IIRC, there's a pretty exhaustive list in the Call of Cthulhu rulebook
