Kinkos and the printing and binding of PDFs.

So I've got about 680 pages of PDFs I'd like to get printed. It'd turn into 340 actual sheets (printed front and back, black and white) and I'd like to get them bound together. I don't really have any experience with this sort of thing, and I'm wondering if any of you guys have.

What would something like this cost me?

You could also try PrintFu.

It would cost about $29.30 (680 pgs) if you did it as one book. I'm not sure, but I think that would be cheaper than Kinkos.

Yeah, I'm sure it would be. Thanks guys. I'll check them out.
EDIT - Holy crap! These dudes are awesome!

Anyone used them? How were the results?

I used Printfu to print two PDFs, both about 200 pages each a few months ago. I was very pleased with the outcome; both books were spiral bound with a really nice viynl used for the covers. No complaints on the finished product or shipping. Total cost was about $30 with shipping. I'll use them again in the future! :D

Those PrintFu prices are better than what you would get at the local Kinkos.

What I ended up doing when I was putting together 200 doublesided pages at a time was to print the loose pages out myself (because I had access to a good laser printer), and then simply tote them to Kinkos for binding. The end result was a 200 page, perfect bound, color-covered book with quality similar to your average paperback d20 supplement, and we spent about 13 or 14 bucks a copy after supplying paper and binding costs.

If we had had to pay normal "by the page" costs it would have been much, much more.

I'd like to go perfect bound, but I don't think I'm willing to put in the time/effort/money to go with Kinkos. Besides, I don't know if you can even get 640 pages perfect bound. :\
