Items that give a bonus to Diplomacy?

My battle cleric is the face of our group, and I'm very shortly going to start having trouble keeping up with the new Hard DCs for Diplomacy.

What items are there out there that grant bonuses to Diplomacy?

I'm aware of the Cherished Ring, but a level 14 item is a big investment just for +2 Diplomacy.

We're currently level 13.

head: gem of colloquy (paragon) from AV, +3 to bluff and diplomacy, understand 2 additional languages (level 12 item)
head: laurel circlet (heroic) from AV, +2 to diplomacy and insight, +1 to attack rolls with charm or illusion keyword, daily +2 power bonus to next charisma attack (level 10 item)

these are some decent ones i found lower than your level (so they wouldn't be that big an investment). diplomacy bonuses are most often found on head slot items, which makes sense. there is also the ioun divine boon (DMG2) which gives a +2 bonus to all skill checks, but i imagine that will be hard to come upon if the DM hasnt planned on giving out divine boons. also, the skald's armor +3 gives a +4 bonus to bluff and diplomacy checks, as well as a defensive daily power.

The level 7 circlet of authority (PH) gives +2 diplomacy and intimidate.

The Choker of Eloquence (neck slot) gives you an item bonus to Bluff and Diplomacy checks equal to its enhancement bonus. A level 13 Choker of Eloquence is +3, so that's not a bad bump. Alternatively, a Peacemaker's Periapt gives an item bonus to Diplomacy checks equal to its enhancement bonus. The difference between the two neck slot items is mainly in the daily power.

This is assuming you don't have a really sweet neck item with properties/powers that you really like.

I've got a +3 Cloak of the Chirurgeon at the moment, which is coming in handy, but there's nothing stopping me swapping neck (or head) items in and out.

The +Diplomacy item is primarily for in-town work, whereas the other item would mostly be for wilderness/dungeon work.
