How to see through concealment?

Hey, guys! So I got this idea in my head to approach combat in a more SWAT based manner. I figured that for relatively cheap, a guy could buy smoke sticks or an eversmoking bottle, chuck em into a room and then move in for the kill.

I'm probably missing something, but it seems like this would be a somewhat effective tactic even against higher HD foes unless they have blindsight.

The problem I am having is that I can't find a way to be able to see myself through concealment. In the movies, SWAT always has infrared goggles to see, but I have not found anything like that in DnD. In all the books I have read, drow use an infrared form of darkvision, and I think that would probably do what I need it to. I don't know if such a spell or item actually exists. Does anyone know of a way to see through concealment?

Seeing through concealment (especially environmental concealment like fog or dust) is pretty powerful, so I don't think there are many ways to do-- at least not cheaply.

A few (very limited) items from MIC:

"Crystal Mask of Visual Insight" (10k gp) that allows the wearer to ignore concealment on a single creature within 30ft for one round when activated.

"Bracers of Accuracy" (4k gp) has three charges per day; spending two charges allows wearer to ignore concealment on ranged attacks for one round. So it's effectively a 1x/day ingore concealment effect, with a couple other options.

"Rapier of Unerring Detection" ignores ALL miss chances. But it's a relic, so good luck finding one and convincing the relevant god to let you use it.

Blindfold of True Darkness from Arms & Equipment (9,000 GP)

Gain blind-sight 60', and immunity to gaze and sight attacks

Blindsight

Using nonvisual senses, such as sensitivity to vibrations, keen smell, acute hearing, or echolocation, a creature with blindsight maneuvers and fights as well as a sighted creature. Invisibility, darkness, and most kinds of concealment are irrelevant, though the creature must have line of effect to a creature or object to discern that creature or object.

Ebon eyes spell, 1st level. from Spell Compendium gives you ability to see in magical darkness normally while everyone else have 20% miss chance.

Also, 3rd level spell Black light, creates 20ft radius of total darkness in which YOU as a caster sees normal.

Crystal mask of visual insight, from magic item compendium does that. Also, smokesticks last for one round only....but the bottle would do fine.

edit: This happens when you click reply, and then go read everything else, and then reply...lol

There's a 3rd level spell in the SpC for clerics and possibly for wizards as well that grants either Blindsight or Blindsense.
