How to remove Sickened condition?

I know this is going to be really obvious in a place I missed, but what spell removes the Sickened condition? I know Heal does, but is there anything less powerful that does the job? I thought Restoration would be the ticket, but it only seems to remove Fatigued or Exhausted conditions.

Hmm, thanks for that, probably should have mentioned it's for a core only game.

Ah, just found that Remove Curse will remove the Sickened condition caused by Unholy Blight. That's what I was looking for.

Frankly, it really shouldn't be that hard a thing to remove. If I had to shoehorn in a solution, I'd say something like Delay Poison would be about the right level to deal with nausea and sickness.
