How to make paper minis 3D?

First Post
What's a good crafty way to make a 2D printed token suitable alongside 3D minis on a board? I had some purely paper minis that could be folded into a standup triangle, but they weren't all that sturdy.

(I thought I was committed to sticking with 2D tokens, but then I started buying a few minis online just for my own characters, and my resolve to not buy too many figures is weakening.)

Have you tried the Pathfinder line of paper minis? They work very well and the line continues to grow. There's a few similar products out there, including some for free. I'll see if I can't hunt up the link for the free ones.

Edit: Found it. One Monk Miniatures. I like the Pathfinder paper mini base style better but you can't beat free.

One thing to make sure you do - use card stock instead of regular paper when you do paper minis if you want them sturdy. If you use two layers of card stock glued together there is no need for additional support, they are sturdy enough as is.
