Greyhawk gods to FR gods conversions?

I'm going to run some of the WoTC modules in the Realms and I was wondering if anyone wrote up an article on converting between the two pantheons. Yup, that is all.

I know the first chapter of the FRCS gives Realms equivalents of the PHB gods...

Yeah it does...

Boccob ---> Azuth, Mystra, Savras, Velsharoon
Corellon Larethian ---> No change
Ehlonna ---> Mielikki
Erythnul ---> Cyric, Garagos, Malar
Fharlanghn ---> Selune, Shaundakul
Garl Glittergold --->No Change
Gruumsh ---> No change
Heironeous ---> Torm, Tyr
Hextor ---> Bane, Loviatar
Kord---> Lathander, Tempus, Uthgar
Moradin ---> No change
Nerull ---> Cyric, Malar, Talona
Obad-Hai ---> Silvanus
Olidammara ---> Oghman, Sune, Tymora
Pelor ---> Ilmater, Lathander, Torm
St. Cuthbert ---> Helm, Hoar, Tyr
Vecna ---> Shar, Velsharoon
Wee Jas ---> Azuth, Kelemvor
Yondalla ---> No change

I'd really recommend checking out the FRCS, Faiths & Avatars, or whatever the new FR gods book is for a better idea of what gods to pick though.

You don't have to convert. Just substitute a Realms deity for a Greyhawk one based on the principal portfolios of that deity.

Ehlonna = Meilikki
Obad Hai = Silvanus
Heironeous = Torm or Tyr
Pelor = Lathander

and so forth
