Greatest cameos?

Over the weekend, I watched Eurotrip. All in all, it's just another stupid comedy, but it had a Matt Damon cameo in it that was simply hilarious. He plays a crazy punk rock singer named Donny and it was a very different "look" for him. It was quite hilarious, and now I have the "Scotty Doesn't Know" song stuck in my head, and I imagine it will be stuck there for at least a month.

Great cameo...

So what cameo caught you off guard/made you laugh/you thought was terrible/was notable?

Bruce Campbell as Bill Church Jr in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman:
"This better be good I'm in a bad mood."
"Let me guess: I'm gonna need a drink."

There's a really bad romantic-drama movie called 'Sleep with me' which isn't worth watching except for a cameo of Quentin Tarantino who is seen at a house party the main characters are hosting. While the main characters keep walking back and forth through the kitchen you get glimpses of him telling this aspiring film-writer about what he considers to be the greatest movie plot ever written: Top Gun. Here's a link to a transcript of his diologue from the movie.: http://www.godamongdirectors.com/scripts/sleep.shtml
You have to imagine Quentin saying it with his brash in-your-face delivery while holding a beer in one hand and gesticulating wildly with the other. Hilarious.

I bought the DVD just for that scene. My wife and I lost it. Hilarious.

Greatest cameo? Suzanne Pleshette in Newhart. BEST ENDING EVAR!!!!!! :)

Good ones: Sean Connery, Robin Hood.
Anytime someone from an orginal TV series shows up in a new movie.
Character cameo - Moriarty at the end of Young Sherlock Holmes.
Bruce Campbell. Whenever.

I am sure there are tons more but that's all I can think of at the moment.

Have a good one! Take care!

The cameo I always wanted to see, was Kyle MacLachlan walking down the corredor at the FBI building in the X-Files and just have him saying "Hi Fox." with Mulder replying "Hi, Coop" as they pass each other. Nothing else, just a little throw away scene.

A couple that made me light up:

-Arnold Schwarzenegger in "The Rundown" telling Dwayne Johnson's character to "have fun" as he walked off-camera in the night club.

-Molly Ringwald in "Not another Teen Movie" cursing out the protagonists for how STUPID they were acting. :)

-The 14 MILLION cameos in Jay & Silent Bob Strike back, all of which make me cry with laughter every time. :)
