Greater Teleport item?

Sorry for my laziness. But are there any magic item which allows a non-caster (nor one with high UMD) to use Greater Teleport? Preferably in core rules and WotC's 3.5e supplements.

There are many non-greater Teleport items (such as Helm of Teleportation). But I can't find greater version.

I need it to let an NPC attend scry-teleport assault with demons. But with teleportation, he may appear in different place.

I'm not familiar with one, no. However, the Cape of the Monteback gives you Dimension Door 1/day, which has no arrival error. It's an extra step, but Teleport to a very nearby location, followed by Dimension Door on-schedule to the exact point, gets the basic effect that you're after if not the exact thing.

One of my friends played a succubus once. He would stuff his friends into a bag of holding (he says there's enough air in there for one person to breath for 10 min, no idea where he saw that rule), teleport with his under 50 pounds of gear *wink wink* and then dump the party back out. Not entirely sure of the legality of that, but its certainly an easier method.

I believe the 10 minutes of air rule is from 1E/2E days, but it is still there in the 3.5 SRD today:

If living creatures are placed within the bag, they can survive for up to 10 minutes, after which time they suffocate. Retrieving a specific item from a bag of holding is a move action—unless the bag contains more than an ordinary backpack would hold, in which case retrieving a specific item is a full-round action.

Thanks. But I want to avoid Bag of Holding idea if possible. That way, the carrier of the bag must spend a turn to "put out" the NPC. And if the carrier is killed or otherwise incapacitated before putting out that NPC, the guy in the bag cannot attend that encounter.

Runestaff of Passage - Magic Item Compendium, pg 181. It is a 75,000gp item, though, as it also includes Astral Projection

Unfortunately, Runestaff is only usable by casters who have that spell in his class list and can spend a spell or spell slot of the same level.
