D&D 5E Good Source for 5e NPCs?

So Paizo has created "bestiaries" of NPCs for their Pathfinder RPGs - if you need bandits, assassins, evil wizards, etc. Is there anything similar for 5e?
(The Monster Manual has some - but there's not enough for a humanoid-centered campaign.)

I grabbed something off of GM Binder called 'NPC Stat Compendium' that made NPC statblocks for every single Class/Subclass in the game up through March 2019. As it said in its tagline, '116 Statblocks for 124 Published and Unpublished 5th Edition Subclasses'.

I dunno if it is still searchable to be found on GM Binder, but if it is, it's kinda useful with statblocks ranging from CR 1/8 up to CR 17.

Looks like there are a lot on DMs Guild - but would love to hear someone's specific recommendation to winnow the wheat from the chaff...

I have Outclassed and love it. It's missing some info from recent books, but that's an easy enough work around.
