In particular, is there anything like Character Builder or Monster Builder or Power2ool?

As a side question, as a new Pathfinder GM how useful is the GM's Screen?

Character/Monster Generator - PCGen (https://sourceforge.net/projects/pcgen/files/PCGen Unstable/5.17.10 Alpha/) - Ignore that it is an alpha build. It is pretty rock solid.
Combat Manager - (Combat Manager)

GM Screen - Myself and another guy rotate weekly gm duties (different campaigns). He uses the screen and I don't, but I never have used a gm screen other than as a shield for notes and to keep dice rolling hidden.

I like the GM screen, but I have the same problem with it that I do with all screens - I forget that there is information on the inside and tend to look everything up in the rulebook.

This is so me. I have a screen and it does have a lot of useful information on it. I forget what info is on it and end up looking it up in a book or via the PRD.

Heh, the only screen that I haven't had that problem with was the Scarred Lands screen for 3e... because it had a page number next to the the rule for reference... why that made it more likely for me to look... maybe in my head it was linked as an index?

The Auld Grump
