I love the little musical things. Like the single note trill on the 256th note in the upper right, and the double-double sharps in the second line.

Great stuff.

A friend of mine did something like this in Finale. His was all rests, but he had notations all throughout. One of his funny things was something like "amplified sitar plays here". It was pretty funny.
