I am considering spells for when my Wizard gains a level. The Freezing Glare spell from Frostburn looks pretty nice. What are people's opinions on it? It looks superior to Eyebite, but that may say more about Eyebite than Freezing Glare.
Also, the action required to target someone each round is left unspecified. I'm assuming it takes a move action, like Eyebite.
EDIT: To clarify, I'm wondering whether the spell is too strong. There are certainly some spells in Frostburn I consider broken.
