Favorite Sinbad Movie

As I sit here watching one of my favorite Sinbad movies - the Golden Voyage of Sinbad [in all it's lovely letterbox goodness] - I thought I'd take a moment to poll the depths of the vastly knowledgeable ENboards.

Of all the Sinbad movies, which is your favorite and why?

I think I really have to give into my ubergeekness and say I enjoyed this one because of Tom Baker. But let's not forget the really cool Kali-statue-come-to-life fight sequence either. Got to love Ray Harryhausen

Golden Voyage is my favorite-once a staple of Sunday afternoon movies. Just watched after getting home tonite on TCM.

Is it on DVD perchance?

I've sadly not seen any of these movies though I am constantly being referred to them as a "should watch this"

Yep, definitely Golden Voyage. Haven't watched any of the Sinbad (or any Harryhausen film) for quite a while. Might have to head to the video store tomorrow to see whats in stock...
