Expanded Dread Necromancer Spell list...(Please tell me if it's too broken)

First Post
I am not the best homebrewer on the mechanical side of things. I can make great fluff, but when it comes to actual game mechanics I usually use other people's homebrew. However, one thing I did do was a simple fix to the Dread Necromancer spell list which involved trading out that 4th level death ward for stop heart, adding magic circle spells for Planar Bindings, adding desecrate at level 2 and moving Animate Dead down to a level 3 spell instead of a level 4. However, after purchasing the Gar'Udok/Necromancer's Legacy pdf and seeing the new spells I thought that A Dread Necro should have some of these in their spell list. So I took my simple fixed spell list and added the wizard/sorcerer spells to the DN list. As a result, my homebrew DN spell list list looks a little something like this..

Spells:

Level 1: Bane, Bestow Wounds, Cause Fear, Chill Touch, Deep Shadows, Detect Magic, Detect Undead, Doom, Hide from Undead, Inflict Light Wounds, Pet Cemetery, Ray of Enfeeblment, Renew the Tide of Unlife, Skeletal Cohort, Summon Undead I, Undetectable Alignment, Weeping Wounds

Level 2: Aura of Death, Blindness/Deafness, Command Undead, Dark Aura, Darkness, Dead Eyes, Death Knell, Desecrate, False Life, Gentle Repose, Ghoul Touch, Inflict Moderate Wounds, Mask Death, One with the Dead, Osseous Staff, Scare, Shrapnel, Spectral Hand, Summon Swarm, Summon Undead II, Visceral Wounds, Zombie Cohort

Leve; 3: Acidic Vitae, Animate Dead, Bone Arrow, Bone Field, Channling Ward, Crushing Despair, Death Ward, Gar'Udok's Minor Blessing, Halt Undead, Inflict Serious Wounds, Life's Veil, Magic Circle Against Chaos/Law/Evil/Good. Ray of Exhaustion, Speak with the Dead, Strength of the Dead, Skeletal Strength, Skinwalking, Summon Undead III, Vampiric Touch, Wall of the Grave

Level 4 : Bestow Curse, Charnel Blight, Contagion, Disrupt Negative Energy, Dispell Magic, Enervation, Evard's Black Tentacles, Exoskeletal Animation, Fear, Final Glimpse, Giant Vermin, Grafted Armament, Hold the Slain, Inflict Critical Wounds, Mortification of the Flesh, Phantasmal Killer, Poison, Stop Heart, Summon Undead IV

Level 5: Army of Shrapnel, Blight, Caustic Spray, Cloudkill, Dark Forces, Fire in the Blood, Greater Dispell Magic, Lesser Planar Binding, Magic Jar, Mass Inflict Light Wounds, Minor Glove of Negative Energy, Nightmare, Oath of Blood, Slay Living, Summon Undead V, Undeath to Death, Unhallow, Waves of Fatigue

Level 6: Acid Fog, Circle of Death, Create Undead, Disrupt Negative Energy, Eyebite, Geass/Quest, Harm, Mass Inflict Moderate Wounds, Planar Binding, Plague, Waves of Exhaustion

Level 7: Ageless, Control Undead, Destruction, Finger of Death, Gar'Udok's Aura, Gar'Udok's Blessing, Globe of Negative Energy Greater Harm, Mass Inflict Serious Wounds, Song of Discord, Vile Death

Level 8: Create Greater Undead, Gar'Udok's Greater Blessing, General of Undeath, Horrid Wilting, Mass Inflict Critical Wounds, Risen Army, Symbol of Death

Level 9: Despoil, Energy Drain, Imprison Soul, Mass Harm, Necropolis, Plague of Undead, Wail of the Banshee

I have yet to even put this list into action but seeing as how expanded I fear that when combined with the DN's class features this list may overpower the class. So, before I use it I want all of your opinions on it, is the DN getting all these spells too broken? Or dose the fact that all these spells stick to doing what the DN dose best(Necromancy) make it so that it's not as bad as I think.

So, can anybody tell me how broken this list for DNs is in relation to the class?

If you BOLD the spells that were moved and the spells that were added, it would be a lot easier to assess.

If you expect people to go over the two list and compile the diff-list... probably not gonna happen.

Oh, and what's that issue with death ward and stop heart ?
I don't have access to the book right now, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Death Ward appears twice in the spell list, once at 3rd and once at 4th. It may just be an error in my copy of heroes of horror, though. As for bolding, I don't know the proper code, so if you could give it to me that would be nice.

1. Press the "Edit" button on the OP.
2. The left corner of the toolbox - just above the window that contains your message - has 3 (barely visible) buttons: [B] [I] [U].

P.s. I'd advise adding description of non-core spells (or at least where to find them: book, page etc).
