Elemental Prestige Classes!!!

Hi, everyone.
So my wonderful Factotum/Chameleon was not allowed. My DM don't like base classes that doesn't belong to the core. But he allowed any prestige class from any WotC book.

I was searching and I saw the prestige classe frost mage, in Frostburn. So I thought that somewhere should exist some other prestige classes related to the elements, other than the (crap) elemental savant.

Then I come to you guy, asking for the best prestige classes that represent each of these elements:

1-Fire
2-Water (not cold/ice, just water)
3-Earth
4-Wind
5-Ice/Cold
6-Lightning
7-Light
8-Dark

All the RPGs ever rule something related to these elements. Does D&D have some at least one PrC or even class that represent each of the elements?

That said, after delving through all my books I still haven't found a decent storm-lightning-themed arcane caster PrC ANYWHERE. Stormcaster is OK, but it really only pays off to lose that casting level at 1st if you can take a lot of levels. Nothing really frontloaded out there, sadly. My game is only going to 8th, maaayybe 9th level, so I'm outta luck...

I think the right mix of feats would make a Wizard or Sorcerer a better storm-lightning themed arcane caster than any PrC.

I would XP @RUMBLETiGER, but the site does not allow me. Apparently I've XP him a lot of times.

You know, you could just go Rogue/Chameleon.

It does not have the flavor "I can be anyone". With Factotum abilities I would be the disguise master, I would be able to perform all types of skills.

Unfortunately, no lucky finding a great PrCs of fire spell. The silver Pyromancer belongs to your selection (Eberron Five Nations, pag. 150), but I still don't know if he deserves mention.

I really should have considered the Silverflame Pyromancer, since I both made a thread about it a few days ago, and that the PrC has 2 references to fire in the name. Sorry, that's what I get for posting at nearly 3am.

Yeah, if I was to make an elemental caster, I'd probably make a Sorcerer & add reserve feats.

Or a Shugenja.

Or a Druid.

Tell me about it. My boy is 19 months old, and he's still in the habit of waking up in the dead of night and staying awake 2+ hours at a time. Luckily for me, my GF is the one he wants, so I get a little more sleep than she does. Less luckily, she's always tired now...
