Ego Whip Details

Can you Ego Whip the same opponent multiple times in the same encounter? Does the damage to the opponents charisma stack (i.e. if you do charisma damage one round is it possible to do charisma damage with the same power on the next round)? Is it possible to reduce the opponents charisma to 0? If the answer is yes to all the above questions, is the answer different from how you might answer those same questions about ray of enfeeblement because the ray applies a penalty rather than damage. Just trying to get this all sorted out in my campaign. Thanks in advance to any who take the time to offer advice on this. I really appreciate it.

It stacks because it's "damage", as in fire damage, hp damage, poison damage....
Two fireballs deal hp (fire) damage.
Two Ray of E deal spell effects so:
From the SRD : Different Bonus Names

The bonuses or penalties from two different spells stack if the modifiers are of different types. A bonus that isn’t named stacks with any bonus.

Same Effect More than Once in Different Strengths
In cases when two or more identical spells are operating in the same area or on the same target, but at different strengths, only the best one applies.

Right. Since it is not a Cha penalty, but is Cha damage, it stacks.

Just like if you get hit with poisons that deal Str or Con or Dex damage.
