What does the Eyes of the Eagle ability give you as a barbarian when you choose the eagle option through the Totems. it says you can see 1 mile away but do you gain advantage or gain pluses to perception.

It doesn't say you do, so assume you don't. You gain something better than advantage: the ability to see things that would be completely impossible for other characters.

That's completely up to you, as a DM I would say yes since the Dim Light thing is considered normal sight.

Well, would you gain advantage or some bonus to perception if it was 100' away?
When you do, that advantage extents to 1 mile.

Up to DM discretion I think.

I would generally give either +2 or Adv on most visual perception checks if using Eagle Sight on something close and have time to study what youre looking at
