Dusanu (aka rot-fiend) - OD&D/Mystara

just curious, but can someone list of the appearances that this creature has made? i have the 2E Mystara MC (1994), but i'm sure that wasn't the first place it was found.

Originally appeared in the X5 module Temple of Death (sometimes my knowledge of useless D&D trivia is frightening).

D&D rules cyclopedia i think is where i saw it first, i would bet one of the D&D compainion or expert level adventures had it originally.

As well as the two sources already mentioned -- the Mystara Monstrous Compendium and the original source, The Temple of Death (X5) -- the dusanu also appears on page 35 of the Creature Catalog (DMR2), published in 1993.

Contrary to frankthedm's post, it doesn't appear in the D&D Rule Cyclopedia.

I'm not sure about the various D&D boxed sets.
