D&D 5E Dungeon Dudes?

What do people think of the Dungeon Dudes YouTube channel?

Just watched their barbarian tier list video and basically agree with it.

I've watched some other videos and have learnt the occasional nugget. Generally I like their content.

I don't watch every thing they do but they're good enough.

Paraphrase video.
Totem warrior great, Zealot and storm herald good, berserker meh and everything else in the middle.

I don't watch them. I don't know what it is about their presentation that I don't like. It could be a lack of dynamics, could be the length of their videos, could be that I've heard something I didn't like in the past. But something about them rubs me the wrong way.

I've watched a couple of their videos. They're generally pretty good on their analysis of things, but don't bring much new insight.

But more than that, they're just boring to listen to for some reason. Maybe if I sped them up? But that's a little more work to get info I already knew...

Like, I can't point to anything bad, but there's nothing that grabs me about them.

I like their videos. They do a really good job of laying things out clearly, and they don't waste time on distractions. I like checking them out for any new thing I'm thinking of playing or running, just to get a solid and thorough look at the thing.

Love their mechanics videos. Haven't really been able to get into their actual plays.

The fact that they are back sitting next to each other this week reminds me how much better Canada is doing than the U.S. right now.

I like them, they're pretty good. They don't often bring anything an experienced DM doesn't know, but sometimes. I also admire their badass minis and terrain collection. If anything, I guess their presentation feels too scripted.

I find their advice to be very basic for the most part, and I've often disagreed with their power assessments of the classes and subclasses.

They stick to pretty basic things that most players should already know. Nothing too advanced. But they are decent folk who offer reasonably sound advice, so they are doing good work in my book.

I would recommend them as the next step after Critical Role's Handbooker Helper videos.

My favorite "DM tips" YouTube content creators are Matt Colville, Professor Dungeon Master, Taking 20, and Jim Murphy. I've also been watching a lot of Old School Gaming history videos just to learn more about classic adventures and settings (especially Mystara) [Captain Corajus, Mr. Welch]. The Dungeon Dudes and Nerdarchy - for some reason - just don't connect with me.
