I may have Dueling Fighting Style and freehand have a shield?

Or if you have a shield in the other hand I can not use that style ?

Dueling
When you are wielding a melee weapon in one hand and
no other weapons, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls
with that weapon.

Shields.
A shield is made from wood or metal and
is carried in one hand. Wielding a shield increases
your Armor Class by 2. You can benefit from only one
shield at a time.

A shield is not a weapon.

Yes, you may use a shield in the other hand. That's the usual use of the Dueling style.
