Drow Weapon Proficiencies

I realize that the Monster Manual 3.5 shows that Drow get to replace Longsword/Longbow with Rapier/Hand Crossbow, but does a Forgotten Realms Drow get to do that as well? If so, please let me know where that is? I've scoured the FRCS, RoF, and PGtF books cover to cover (or so I thought).

Yes, it's in the FRCS errata if I remember correctly.

Dang, been so long since I played a Drow. Yup, there's no where that it says explicitly that Drow get the same changes as core (3.5MM) Dark Elves in the FR material. Though, probably shouldn't have to I suppose. As with taking core elf and making the necessary changes for the sub-races of elves in FR, just take the core drow (in the 3.5MM) and apply the rest as normal FR-style.

The FR Drow should have the same proficiencies as the 3.5MM Drow. That's 3.5 millimeter drow btw. Wait till they come out with the 6mm drow, yikes!

Nope, not there. Remember the FRCS errata came out during 3.0 and the 3.0MM Drow didn't get those proficiencies (they just lost the elven proficiencies and that was it).

Yes, and in addition, they get Martial Weapon Proficiency (short sword).
