When Grappling a target, does Reckless Attack work?

Also, can you use your Extra Attack while Grappling?

Yes and yes. As long as the PC doing the grappling is using a one-handed weapon as the grappling rules assume the use of at least one free hand for the grapple. And, I suppose, as long as the PC has two functioning hands.

EDIT: I read this as you are already grappling a creature. “When Grappling”, “while grappling”… rather than “when attempting to grapple”.

Grappling is not an attack roll so it doesn't benefit from anything that grants advantage on attack rolls, including Reckless Attack. However, it does benefit from anything that grants advantage on Strength ability checks, such as the Barbarian's Rage.

Reckless attack: Does not work with a grapple - only on melee weapon attacks. But if you are raging you do get advantage because you get advantage on strength checks (and grapple is an athletics check). As @Sorcerers Apprentice said.

Extra Attack: Yes you can make multiple grapple attempts with extra attack. Relevant text " If you’re able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this Attack replaces one of them."

No, successfully grappling a creature subjects that creature to the grappled condition - that's it.
