Barbarian rage gives an unnamed bonus to Strength and Constitution, and bull's strength gives an enhancment bonus to Strength. Different types of bonuses stack, so rage and bull's strength stack.
That is what I thought. So it is like all bonus' in d20. The name or type of bonus determines it's stacking capabilities. Same named bonus' do not stack unless explicily stated.
