D&D 3E/3.5 Did the Spriggan make it into D&D 3.0/3.5?

The reason I ask that I only have the MM 3.0 & it's not in there. Is it in the FF or the MM II or some other source book? I like 'em & would like to play one! Thanks!

Yep, spriggans are in the Fiend Folio. It's 3e, but is fairly easy to convert to 3.5.

Actually, the fiend folio uses most of the 3.5 rules already, with a few exceptions. No changes are necessary if you want to use it in a 3.5 game.

Well, that's not quite true. 99% of the content of the Fiend Folio is 3.5-ready, but the DR figures need to be adjusted. Also, many Fey (which is how the Spriggan is defined) gained DR as a result of this. Fortunately, the D&D Update Guide is free, and lists which ones do need to be adjusted (not the Spriggan, as it turns out).

That's what I meant with the few exceptions - Damage Reduction, Construct Creation and Swarms are not quite 3.5. I made sure to look at the update booklet, since I wasn't sure if the spriggan was one of the fey gaining a DR. I should have made that more clear, I guess.
