Designing a Poison Feat

Hi,

One of my players is playing a rogue and wants to design a feat to "colour" his character as an expert poisoner and get some tricks too. He thought of the following :

+1 Constitution
Advantage on Poisoner's tool checks to harvest poison from a creature
Advantage on Constitution Saving Throws against Poison

I thought it was a bit too strong, especially since he's trying to compensate for a loss of Constitution he's just suffered (a magic item he owns gives him -1 Constitution). I offered him 2 choices :

+1 Intelligence
Advantage on Poisoner's tool checks to harvest poison from a creature
Advantage on Constitution Saving Throws against Poison

OR

+1 Constitution
Advantage on Poisoner's tool checks to harvest poison from a creature
Resistance to Poison damage

What do you guys think is the most balanced feat ? Do you have any other suggestions for a Poisoner feat ? (with or without an attribute point included)

Note : we're playing in a poison-heavy campaign where most monsters use venom or poison and assassination attempts are a common thing.
