Darkness, Blindfighting and Sneak Attack

Can a rogue within a darkness spell do sneak attack damage if he has the blindfighting feat?

My guess is no since any chance of missing based on a percentage roll generally means no sneak attack. Even with Blindfighting you merely get to roll a second time if you fail that roll you still miss no matter what you rolled to hit with your D20.

Am I right?

Rogues can't sneak attack foes with concealment.

A foe in darkness has total concealment (unless you can see him in spite of the darkness, that is).

The Blind-Fight feat makes you better at hitting foes with concealment, but doesn't make the concealment go away.

So yes, you are right.
