This is also a good web-based one, with more features. However, they do require payment for access to all the bells and whistles. Some on this board who have paid the money have spoken highly of it:

I have done my own spreadsheet which is kind of specific to my d20 Star*Drive campaign. It's basically d20 Future/B&S 2, but it includes weapons and armor converted from the old Star*Drive game, and the weights and measures are all in metric. The new version includes a character sheet for your Avatar as per the VRNet web enhancement for d20 Future. It's available here:

PCGen has the core MSRD included with it. The open Menace Manual is currently in it, Urban Arcana is being cleaned up for inclusion soon, and the basics of Future are in as well. There are also several RPG Object datasets and a Mongoose dataset that come with it.

Alright, I just had a chance to look at this site. Are you aware that this person's site contains WotC IP on it? Yes, some of the items can be found in the MSRD, but others can not.

It's not a PC generator, but RPG Attitude has a d20 Modern NPC generator in testing, could be useful to the game master type.
