D&D General D&D Whiskey: Quests End Paladin from Lillard

Okay so it seem Mathew Lillard if Scooby Doo fame is putting out a cool D&D Themed Whiskey, starting with Paladin and I think the plan is to do Whiskey's based on characters (created by Kate Welsh) for!

Here is Nerd Immersion video explaining.

So, for people that are into whiskey (bourbon, in this case), this is made by Blue Run Spirits (recently acquired by Molson).

Blue Run is controversial, in the sense that it was started by some tech and sneaker people recently without any experience in the liquor industry, and doesn't have their own distillery, and have instead relied on marketing and certain techniques (limited releases, "drops") to make big splash. That said, in terms of taste, the spirits it makes are generally excellent.

The only real D&D themed whisky is Crown Royal - the whisky that came with its own dice bag.

I hadn't really paid attention to this, but then I saw that they were releasing a D&D themed serial story on the labels. It's written by Kate Welch, formerly with WotC

On the one hand, it's kind of sad that an accomplished actor and voice actor like Matthew Lillard will be forever remembered for Scooby Doo and probably FNAF.

On the other, I thought D&D Whiskey was going to be a new actual play podcast and the fact that this isn't true also makes me sad.
