CAN I CAST SPELLS ON ALLIES WHILE USING TIME STOP?

I was wondering whether I can cast defensive spells like Haste, Resistance or Stoneskin on my allies while I am under the effect of Time Stop?

Thank you in advance,

While the time stop is in effect, other creatures are invulnerable to your attacks and spells; you cannot target such creatures with any attack or spell.

just about the only exception I can think of, and it's debatable if it actually IS an exception, would be an ally with the epic feat "spell stowaway (timestop)". Ask your DM before trying this slightly cheesy trick. If you're epic level though, you're supposed to have extra cheese AND extra bacon.

If another person in the area became as fast as you, you would be acting normally in regards to each other and imperceptibly to everyone else.

Although, you can't actually cast Time Stop on another person, so it might not work.
