Cyberpunk 2020 image. Where's it from, and who's it by?

As the subject line suggests, I'd like to know which Cyberpunk 2020 book the image attached below came from, what page, and who's the artist. I'm intending to use it in an assignment for my technology course, but I need to be able to reference it properly.

Actually it appeared first on the cover of the original Cyberpunk boxed set before it hit Blackhand's book for 2020.

This DHW has some similiar artwork throughout the 2013 books, but the pages are not listed in the credits and nothing about who DHW is or might be is mentioned. You'll probably have to go to R.Talsorian Games website and forums to ask.

The artists given credit in the books are Sam Liu, Scott Ruggels, and T.K. Scott., but none of the pages they are credited with are the pages with "DHW" art on them.

Hey everyone, thanks for the help I'm going with the Blackhand's Street Weapons reference for now (as no-one's really likely to chase up the reference too far), but I'll probably drop by the R Talsorian Games website and see if I can get a name for the artist.
