D&D 5E Curse Of Strahd - Kasimir Velikov and Patrina

Hi guys.
So, my heroes are approaching Amber Temple with the aid of Kasimir joining their forces to reach their goals: for the PC is to find the Holy Symbol and to Kasimir to raise from death his sister Patrina.
Now I'd like to ask you:

1) Somebody has developed the stats for Kasimir to use him in combat together with the party?

2) What could be the development of the story after Patrina is raised?

3) Some stats more detailed for Patrina than the archmage monster manual entry?

Thank you!

Are his stats not in the book? I bought the module on Roll20 and found most of the stats are in there.

At a glance his character sheet gives him 40hp AC 12/15(mage armor)
He’s a 9th level spellcaster with spell slots
1st: 4
2nd: 3
3rd: 3
4th:3
5th: 1

As for Petrina( who looks to be a powerful wizard):
The character sheet I have suggests that after she is raised she pretends to be grateful but once she’s ready she heads off to the Castle to
A: Kill Rahadin for hurting her brother and opposing her marriage to Strahd.
B: return to Strahd to be his bride. She does not know that Strahd has no interest in her and will turn her into a vampire spawn and lock her away in a crypt. This isn’t something she would do willingly of course so perhaps there’s a fight between them.

Unfortunately not. The book says only that Kasimir is a MAGE and Patrina raised will be ARCHMAGE, but I need something more defined and looking for suggestions. Anyway your stats are good! Thanks

Ok. In Roll20 they are a little more detailed(though I think the stat blocks match the descriptions you have).

Have fun. I’m loving CoS and the heroes are in the midst of their final confrontation with Strahd.

You are meant to use the Mage and Archmage statblocks from the Monster Manual for them. If you don't have the Monster Manual, you can download the 5E SRD from the WotC website and that includes both sets of statblocks as well.

Thank you defcon. Truth is that more than stats (you are right suggesting stats from MM and are not so bad) I badly need ideas about what happens when Petrina come back to life. Maybe some suggestion from whom have already run the adventure... I see that Petrina is manipulating Kasimir to come back and fight against Strahd for the supremacy in Barovia, but I'm in a creativity crisis about how to enrich this part of the adventure...

In Chapter 13 in the Special Events section, the book says Patrina's ultimate desire is to become Strahd's betrothed, with a secondary desire to avenge her brother's injury at the hands of Rahadin. If/when the party and Kasimir finish the Amber Temple and then go back to the Castle's catacombs to raise Patrina... she will discover that there are currently at minimum four other vampire spawn who are Strahd's brides (and husband)-- Ludmilla Vilisevic, Anastrasya Karelova, Volenta Popofsky and Escher-- in addition to a young girl Gertruda who is also a potential mate inside the castle. There is also a crypt with another old wife of Strahd's, Sasha Ivliskova.

So her very first thing she'd want to do would be to eliminate EVERYONE who is currently mated to Strahd, because only then could she become his one true consort. So she could easily work with the party to accomplish their quests so long as they help her kill and destroy all of Strahd's other consorts and Rahadin as well. That includes killing the spawn, and staking their bodies to destroy them fully. If Ireena Kolyana is still around, then she too will be a target of Patrina (as Strahd has eyes for her), and now the party has to decide if they help Patrina kill Ireena too.

Basically, you can set it up where Patrina is realized by the party as an extremely strong and competent wizard, who has quite possibly more power than any one of them do. So they'll want to help her out to keep her on their side and help them accomplish their goals... but soon enough discover the cost of NOT helping her accomplish her own. It becomes a Catch-22... do they help her destroy all these consorts and suitors of Strahd, even if some of them are not evil or worthy of the violent death she would bring upon them? Or do they try and stop her madness, and thereby potentially make enemies of Kasamir and his Vistani?

If this particular plot of Patrina slaughtering all potential suitors drives forward... you can start introducing more and more women and men throughout Barovia, Vallaki, and Kresk that Patrina comes to think are would-be consorts and goes on a blood rampage to destroy all of them. The Bride in Kresk's abbey... Milivoj in St. Andral's Church... Ezmerelda d'Avenir... and if you want to push things even further Patrina comes to believe even the baby Yolanda at the Wizard of Wines is going to grow up to be one. Anyone and everyone could become a Strahd suitor in her eyes at some point in the future, and thus see needs to eliminate them all. The question just becomes... how far along does the party help her on her quest before they realize what she (and they) have now become?

THIS kind of stuff is what I love about Curse of Strahd: storylines of all different kinds emerge that I never would've imagined (and didn't see) in my run thru.

Mine happened to center on Argyvishilt. The party linked up with Godfrey, restored the honor of the knights and released his lover from Barovia with a promise that should they succeed the two of them would be reunited in the afterlife.

There was drama, action, a heist, a love story, betrayal, some body mutilation(thanks amber temple)... the adventure has it all.
