I am looking for creatures native to Acheron for upcoming adventure. What I could find are,

Achirai
Hell Hound
Canomorph Haraknin (Fiend Folio)
Maug (Fiend Folio)
Steel Predator (Fiend Folio)
Bladeling (MM II)
Justicator (MM III)
Rust Dragon (Draconomicon)
Axiomatic Creatures (Planar Handbook)
Spiker (Planar Handbook)

Are there any more in WotC books?

Are you looking exclusively for monsters with Environment: Acheron printed in them? Or are you also taking ideas for creatures that would be good candidates to inhabit the plane?

I know many creatures involved in blood war and other conflicts are fighting in Acheron. But this time I prefer creatures clearly native to Acheron. As they give PCs the feel that they are in Acheron. And creatures native to Acheron are immune to Dismissal and such.

Well, If the Living Metal monster was converted to 3E, that would work well.

DDM had a Archon gobbo mini decked out in full plate.

Devils are right next door.

I checked the card of Acheron Goblin. It does not have (Extraplanar) subtype. Does that mean they are still considered to be native to material plane?

I have been thinking that some creature seen in material plane has some bunch of same creatures who are native to other planes. I mean, say, goblinoids and Orcs born and fighting in Acheron are native to Acheron, not to material plane.

But if Acheron Goblins do not have (Extraplanar) subtype, my theory may be wrong.

Ignore the card. Those are filled with typos

Acheron is, IMO, a badly designed plane at least as far as inhabitants go. It's for Lawful Evil Neutral where the commitment to Lawful is stronger than the commitment to Evil. As such, it is the --wrong-- plane for, inter alia, rakshasa and goblins.

I think the "vast war machine" is the right trope but I would fill it with vast armies of spikers, bladelings and their war machines, plus formians, and leave most of the others out of the place.
