Can Clerics spontaneously cast healing in lieu oftheir domain spell? If Healing is not one of their Domains?

From the Cleric Class description:
"A cleric can't use spontaneous casting to convert domain spells into cure or inflict spells. These spells arise from the particular powers of the cleric's deity, not divine energy in general. "

Right, sorry I missed that...
I shall now go back to using a brick wrapped in the SRD to beat some rules sense into myself.
