Divine Soul: Ianna, aka Ianna Reborn, aka Faith, Faith was a simple Tiefling sex worker when one night doing her job strange words spilled out of her mouth and she became lost in a vision of an ancient Utheric Goddess Ianna in battle. When she awoke to her horror her client was dead and rotting, she'd accidently killed him with an inflicit wounds spell, several of them, while lost in her vision. Faith fled and over the nights that she hide herself, her dreams we're filled with memories of the dead goddess, past battles, past lovers, past fueds, other Gods, and the ancient cities of the Utheric Empire. Eventually Faith got the message, she was the reincarnation of the dead Goddess Ianna, a Lawful Evil Goddess of love and warfare.

Faith took the name Ianna and believing herself to be a Goddess began building a cult to worship her, it's small so far.

Ianna uses seduction, Illusions, Enchantments, Devils, and Undead to get her way, and is not afraid to use a Subtle Inflicit Wounds on enemies she seduces to assassinate them.

Shadow Magic: The Baenre Twins, Hastina Baenre and Asca Baenre, Hastina is a Drow who was born in the lab of the Lich Grundamere, in the Warlock's Crypt along with her twin sister Asca. The twins were created in the depths of a Womb Golem, a Flesh Golem designed for experimental breeding and nourishing of offspring instead of combat. Grundamere mixed up a regaent of Drow Blood from a lesser noble of house Baenre he'd captured and a scale from a Shadow Dragon he'd acquired, and feed it to his Womb Golem. What it gave birth to wasn't the Shadow Dragon Sorcerer he'd hoped for, instead it was twins, with Hastina becoming a Shadow Magic Sorceress, and Asca becoming a Silver Dragon Sorceress (the preshadowfell ancestors of the Shadow Dragon Assixorixx we're Silver Dragons). After Grundamere released the twins after horrifying experiments to see how they would function in the wild. Both sisters have since decided to master both their Sorcery and the innate magic of their Noble Drow birth right.

Dragon Bloodline: Asca Baenre, see Shadow Magic.

Wild Magic:

Storm Magic: Dasna Glimmerscale was a Triton from Myth Drannar who was trying to save sailors on a sinking boat from drowning during the Great Rain, when she was strict by lightening. Sinking to the bottom of the Inner Sea, Dasna did not die from the Lightening Bolt but instead found a spark of that lightening bolt had gotten trapped inside her soul, granting her Storm magic. Now she is the mistress of both Sea and Sky in truth, weilding both Triton Magic and Storm sorcery to protect the Inner Sea and surrounding nations, both above the waves and below them.

Fighter:

Battlemaster
Champion
Elderich Knight
Samuri
Cavalier
Arcane Archer
Purple Dragon Knight

Warlock:

The Celestial: Dran is a worshipper of the Chaotic evil Empyrean Titan, Lasshana the Impulsive, who has granted Dran a Celestial Pact. Dean doesn't know she is evil or that she is using him.

The Fiend:
The Hexblade
The Fey
The Great Old One: Karen Crownsilver found a forgotten text, medications on the centre if the Multiverse one day in his family and misunderstand it to be a religious text. Following it's instructions he began dreaming of the Centre of the Multiverse, but it was the Multiverse of the Far Realms, and it was here that he ran into Azathoth, the blind idiot God, aka the Daemon Sultan, and in his madness accidently hit the sleeping Great Old One, causing it to reflexively grant him magical pact.

Jaren was driven somewhat mad after the experience, until he figured out a way to project his madness outwards into the form of the familiar he calls Madness.

Madness his familiar has several quirks. The biggest is Madness does not like to keep the same form for more then a couple days, at which point Madness asked Jaren to cast find familiar to destroy and retransform Madness into a new form. Madness has been a Celestial cat, a Fey Octopus, a Feindish Hawk, a Sprite, A Persuado Dragon, a Imp, and a Quasit so far. madness also giggle both when being destroyed and when it is called back by Jaren casting Find Familiar. Also while Madness tries to go by the alignment of his form, Madness really doesn't understand the concepts of the alignments so often gets it wrong, such as a Quasit giving money to the homeless in the hopes that it will encourage more people to be homeless.

Went Madness dies, Jaren's mind loses it's sanity, until he can recast Find Familiar to bring Madness back go life, to contain his insanity inside the tiny familiar.

The Undying: Silith Venomsong is a Yaun Ti Pureblood member of a cult that worships a rogue Yuan Ti Anthaema. Silith made a deal with it, a pact for both power and a longer life and in exchange she would spy on the Zhentarium for the Immortal Yuan Ti.

Druid:

Circle if the Land
Circle of the Moon
Circle of Dreams
Circle of the Shepherd

Note: It's late and I'm tired so I fill in my blanks tomorrow.

I'll fail. It's because of the Sorcerer. Nothing about the Sorcerer has ever inspired me.
No inspiration? No interesting character.

Could I ask for clarification? Are we each supposed to think up a collection of 72 character concepts (forget it!) or do you want us each to take a different subclass with no repeating ones already taken?

All 72 subclasses, but the character concept can be as short as a single sentence, and it doesn't have to be done all at once, just as ideas come to you, watch what I do as an example.

I thought there was only one history to characters. ;)

"My guy was from the town of ___. The whole town was killed off by ___. He was the only survivor, and now wants to kill ___."
