Dunno!

Does this mean it’s working for them?
Maybe. Feels like early days yet. How much effort does it take on WotC's part to do these conversions? What percentage doe the different parties keep? How are they selling, relative to the originals or compared to other digital sales "demiplane, VTTs, etc)?

How many does that make?
Quick glance:

Under Rulebooks:

  • MCDM: 1 (Flees, Mortals!)
  • Kobold Press: 1 (Tome of Beasts I)
  • Ghostfire Gaming: 1 (Grom Hollow: Player Pack)

Under Adventures:

  • MCDM: 1 (Where Evil Lives)
  • Kobold Press: 1 (Tales from the Shadows)

Under Campaign Settings:

  • Kobold Press: 1 (Book of Ebon Tides)
  • Hit Point Press: 1 (Humblewood)
  • Ghostfire Gaming: 2 (Dungeons of Drakkenheim and Lair@ of Etharis)
  • Darlington Press: 1 (Tal'Dlrei Reborn)

So, 10 books from 5 publishers.

I seem to recall something new is making a Beyond version a stretch goal. Does that sound right?
