anyone have seen ths episode from the Billy & Mandy Grims adventure (or something like that)?

i've found a youtube video about it, and someone says that theres even drow inspired characters.

is it some sort of parody , or the writer had no clue about d&d?

Wouldn't be the first time Billy and Mandy referenced D&D.

It's not a bad 'toon, though it takes some refuge in gross-out humor too quickly sometimes. :)

I haven't seen it, and I'm at work, so I can't whip up, but I wouldn't be in the slightest surprised to see some D&D references there.

The writers are obvious D&D fans and include references to the game/IP all the time.

This episodes features a Lolth like spider/human character and two dim-witted dark elves.

The show is funny IMO .

They do make fairly frequent references to D&D which are intentionally skewered though they do show that the writers do have some experience. Other references throughout the shows which come to mind readily include the Billy's father having fuzzy d20's in his car, semi-frequent references to d10's and "Dungeons and Dinobanoids" as well as I'm sure a handful I'm missing.

The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy rocks! I think my favorite character on that show has to be Dracula. That guy is hilarious!

I'd enjoy the show more if it had less Billy and more Mandy. The forced stupidy of the Billy-centric episodes just make my head hurt...which may be the point. Mandy's misanthropy, on the other hand, always makes me smile.

That show is odd, but the Wrath of the Spider Queen was definitely a high point. The dark elves and their constant infighting, The evil carton of milk, the Hobbit reference (Look! Billy's brought the Eagles!).
