Best of 3.0 adventures?

Recommendations?

I'm very familiar with Necromancers 3.0 output and a few others (monte, fiery dragon, green ronin ), but would like to hear some opinions on what other people liked.

Looking for self contained, generic fantasy setting type modules..stuff easily adaptable to Greyhawk or old grey box Forgotten Realms.

Dungeon Magazine adventures would be fine too.

Not entirely opposed to 3.5, but would prefer 3.0 rules for easier conversion purposes.

Atlas put out some very good ones like Three Days to Kill. Wizard's line of modules starting with Sunless Citadel where all pretty fun. Monkey God Enterprises has many good ones like the Hero's Snare.

Good topic, and there were so many.

NeMoren's Vaults (FD), Hall of the Rainbow Mage (Necro)...just had to throw those out there, like its 2002 again or something.

For something different: Avalanches "Last Days of Constantinople". There is a prostitute in that you really don't want to mess with.

I really like the DCC line, I have all of them from the 3.5 era.

I used to have some in print, now just a few PDFs I picked up at the last days of 3.5 blowout sale. Even though I am an old fart DM, Joe's products are always totally hit or totally miss for me, so I only picked a couple I did some thorough review research on.

Are there any particular standouts for you?

EDIT- hit or miss regarding 3.5 DCCs. For whatever reason I much preferred the 4e output when it came to DCC adventures. The first few are quite good. E.g. Isle of the Sea Drake, Forgotten Portal, etc.

Forge of Fury (from the 3.0 adventure path by Wizards) is a solid dungeon crawl.

Red Hand of Doom (3.5) is excellent. I don't even mind the much-maligned ending, where it transforms from "War!" to "Dungeon crawl!"

Of Sound Mind (3.0) by our very own Piratecat is great fun. I've run it three times and the players have always enjoyed it.

They are hit and miss, but I found more hits then misses though I wasn't able to run all I wanted. I didn't like the 4e ones though.

Ones I liked and ran

DCC #11: The Dragonfiend Pact
DCC #12: The Blackguard's Revenge
DCC #12.5: Iron Crypt of the Heretics
DCC #15: Lost Tomb of the Sphinx Queen
DCC #24: Legend of the Ripper
DCC #29: The Adventure Begins
DCC #31: The Transmuter's Last Touch
DCC #41: The Lost Arrows of Aristemis
DCC #50: Vault of the Iron Overlord
DCC #51.5: The Sinister Secret of Whiterock

Thanks Joshua. I do have TSC and FOF. Those were the only two of the original 3.0 WOTC adventures I actually liked. I sold all the rest.

RHOD seems to command high prices so I have passed it over, but I am still looking for a reasonably priced copy.

Yup, I had OSM back in the day, great stuff and I am not a fan of psionics at all (I used the alternate psi=magic advice, IIRC) I will have to repurchase that one I think, and beef it up for higher level PCs.

Lol. I had/have/will have only one on your list (51.5). I will check into those others, thanks Crothian.
