Hello all! i have a question that i would love to get some input from you people out there. I am currently a lvl 4 Oread Zen Archer with a +1 Str +3 composite longbow and i am wondering what the best enchantment would be to put on my bow. I have considered putting seeking on, but i would like some other opinions as well. Please do not say guiding because i know that Paizo has not signed off on that enchantment and i cannot get it currently on Hero Lab....believe me i have tried lol. Thanks everyone!!!!

Assuming you are limited to +1 modifications:
-Bane is good if your campaign features a specific type of recurring monster
-Distance makes your range ungodly long
-Ghost Touch can come in handy vs. undead if they're big in your campaign-

Agree with the above for sure. However, are you in a certain setting? Perhaps we can come up with more if you know what you'll be fighting. (Hopefully it is Mummy's Mask from pathfinder so I can get some help too lol)B-)

as far as i know we are doing a DM remake of a 4th ed campain. From what he has told us we are going to be fighting a bunch of different monsters that include demons, a few undead, humans, goblins, one or two golems, and maybe a few other things. The next module that we are going to be in is were going to be in a labrynith, looking for something a certain rogue/mage person i believe, im not 100% sure. this is just what i can remember off the top of my head.

My Archer just went with +2 enchantment, there are just so many penalties to compensate for....
(deadly aim, rapid shot, cover penalties)

he is still planning on a variety of bane arrows once someone in the party can craft them. This would work best if the DM allows crafting/purchasing lots of 10 arrows. He already has an efficent quiver with 5 silver, 5 blunt, 5 cold iron. If golems became a problem, he might invest in 5 admatium as well.

I'm not sure how deep you are going but a zen archer won't need rapid shot, and they should be able to ignore most cover, but it does depend how deep you go.

only reason a zen archer would ever need to take rapid shot would be to take the snap shot feat which increases you threat range, rapid shot is a prereq which is such a huge waste of a feat for zen archer. But i did try it out once just for kicks and that whole threat range increase is pretty nice i was slaying monsters left and right they would go start coming for me and boom! they get shot with an arrow. My other question is for a zen archer, when you get an AoO can you flurry? or is it just the one shot....i'm pretty sure that it is just the one shot but gotta ask lol.
