Assume Supernatural Ability Question

First Post
I've got a 6th level druid with the following feats:
Natural Spell
Aberrant Blood (Lords of Madness)
Aberrant Wild Shape (Lords of Madness)
Assume Supernatural Ability (Savage Species)

Do I have to pick the supernatural ability that I assume before I wild shape (ie: If i pick eye rays as my sup ability, is that the only sup ability I can ever assume with that feat or can I pick each time I turn into a different monster)?

Also, what abbeations are best to use with this feat at my level?

I was thinking Gauth (eye rays)
and Choker quickness (extra standard action a turn)

Thanks,
Sam

You pick it when you assume a given shape.

Yes, it's very powerful. I personally wouldn't allow it in my game because of the potential balance problems it brings up.

Do not forget the DC 19 will save you have to make to be able to use the ability in any sort of stressful situation, such as combat.
