D&D 5E Artificer Rogue?

A lot of my Artificer-style character concepts are pretty rogueish, and I’ve been wondering if anyone has seen any 3pp rogue archetypes that use mechanics similar to the official Artificer?

You kind of looking for the Artificial Trickster?
yeah a bit. I guess I could take the arcane trickster and replace mage hand with an infusion, and use the artificer spell list, go from there.

An artificer can do most of what a rogue can (apart from sneak attack), just at slightly higher level. They are fine for filling a party "rogue slot".
I’m not sure what you mean, other than maybe dealing with traps?

Thw two are definitely distinct.

Multiclassed Artificer/Arcane Trickster would work, 1/2 spell levels stack with 1/3 spell levels, and you get a bigger spell pool to choose from.

I would suggest Battle Smith Artificer subclass, since you can use your intelligence stat with your sneak attack weapons, and the pet can help set up sneak attacks.

Which aspects of artificer that a rogue doesn't get and which aspects of rogue that an artificer doesn't get do you want to combine?

It seems the fastest way to homebrew it. Add invocation at 13 and grant option of any new cantrip to be an Invocation instead, replacing the Mage Hand subclass features.

The other two subclass features seem to still apply to your concept
