Are there any Fate Wild West RPGs?

I don't know of any published games that are specifically Wild West, using the FATE engine.

However, if you want to know how FATE handles action, there's Spirit of the Century (which is pulp action) and Atomic Robo (which gets its action by way of comic books).

Neither of these have massive changes from the core to handle action, mind you. They handle it largely by having appropriate Skills and Stunts available in the game, and then let the core mechanic handle it all.

There is also a mini-setting called Wild Blue (in Fate Worlds, Vol.1), which is a western-themed sci-fi superpower setting.

As to how FATE handles action? There I largely agree with Umbran.

I ran a Western using Fate Accelerated with a translation (plagarism?) of 1st Edition L5R's dueling system for gunslinger duels. I thought it worked well.

Curious to see how they would handle action?

Is there any specific sort of action you're looking for? Swinging from chandeliers? Chasing robbers on horses? Train robbing? Showdown/duels? Anything but the last one are easy with the right skills/stunts, but there's no hard rules that I've seen (which doesn't mean they're not out there) for handling duels. Handling them with rules similar to L5R as mentioned above could work.
