Anti-venom?

Hello,

I have a druid (10th level) in my campaign that wishes to milk a giant spider that had bitten another charater and make anti-venom from that. Would this be a craft skill check or a knowledge (nature) check, or just not possible without a spell such as neutralize poison?

Antitoxin (as per the equipment list) is created by Craft (Alchemy). Otherwise, I think that you are on your own.

I would presume that creating a specific antivenom would involve the relevant craft check. Craft (poison) is introduced in some splatbook, so that would probably apply if he had it.
