Answer this Spider-Man Trivia

My son (4.5 years old) is a big Spidey fan. Someone gave him a Spider-Man juice drink bottle. On the bottle is a Spidey trivia test:

Use your Spidey sense and match the villian [sic] to their trivia fact!

There are images of 4 villains beside the questions: Kraven, Green Goblin, Dr. Octopus, Black Cat.

The facts:

Once saved Spider-Man's life so he could someday be the one to defeat him.

Relies solely on athletic and martial arts skills to fight opponents.

Has heightened intellect and quick healing powers but no sanity.

Gained power by drinking rare and exotic jungle elixiers.

Now, I thought I knew Spider-Man trivia, but reading some of these, I'm confused. From my memory, some of these seem like they're referring to the same villain, but some could be referring to multiple villains.

And to further drive me crazy, I can't find the answers on the bottle. Maddening.

So, you Spidey-ophiles, please match the facts with the villains.

I'm probably wrong, as its been a while since I've really read Spidey comics, but here's my take on it.

1. Doc Ock
2. Black Cat
3. Green Goblin
4. Kraven

You're right, though, those are pretty vague.

Yup I'd go for vague. I could have pegged Kraven for 3 out of 4 (he get no marks for the Improved intellect, but highly on the reduced sanity)

I think Ankh-Moorpork is right, but like the others (and yourself) have pointed out, these could refer to multiple people.

I don't recall exactly where, but I seem to remember that Doc Ock has done this on at least one occasion. That being the case, I think Gobby's done this to one extent or another before as well.

I think this is supposed to be the Black Cat (she doesn't really fit any of the other clues very well), but she's had superpowers before- bad luck powers (removed by Doc Strange), and super strength, speed, etc. (gained from the Foreigner, but I think since removed).

Kraven pretty much relies on these same skills, though. So he does fit the clue, too.

Kidn of an odd description for the Green Goblin, especially since the "healing powers" are a fairly recent development (he never exhibited them until 20 years after his death he was resurrected and they were retconned in to explain his survival). This clue best fits him, though.

Gained power by drinking rare and exotic jungle elixiers.

Definitely Kraven.
