I'm not sure I get Otherwordly Presence. Can it only sense moving creatures? If it can sense moving and non moving, what is the point of the last sentence?

I'm not sure, but is seems to me that it is aware of the general presence of invisible creatures and knows the exact location of those that are moving.

Only moving, I'm sure.

that was my impression, but I'm amazed it isn't clearer (well, not amazed, but you know).

I think it just means they know if an invisible creature has gone to a new location.
