D&D 5E Additional Mystic Arcana at levels 19 and 20?

It just occurred to me, at levels 19 and 20, "traditional" full casters get an additional 6th and 7th spell slot respectively, while the warlock's Mystic Arcanum remains in one per spell level.

Is there any balancing reason I'm not seeing for this to be this way? Would it be to broken to give warlocks an equivalent and additional Mystic Arcanum choice at the same level of the full casters?

And on that matter, would it also break anything to allow them to change one of their Mystic Arcanum spells known on a level up, or perhaps whenever they get a new one? I see that then they could swap two spells per level, one form Mystic Arcanum and one from Pact Magic, when most Pells known spellcasters can only swap one, but still.

Never thought about it before (I don't play warlocks generally) but I certainly think it should be added for them to gain additional Mystic Arcanums when their class levels reach 19 and 20.

Good catch! :)
