A Good RPG for Gears of War

Does anyone have a suggestion for a tabletop RPG that would be good for recreating the Gears of War universe? I am a fan of the xbox game and I wanted to get a tabletop game going in that world but I can't decide on a system to use.

I'll second this. One thing in SW is when the lead starts flying, you get to cover FAST. That ties in nicely with GoW cover system.

A 4E modern variant would better simulate the ridiculous amount of bullets enemies take to drop in the GoW setting.

If Dark Heresy rules and character were not so tied to the 40K setting, that one might work good as well, with enemies being given lots of extra woulds.
